I have a Nile monitor called Onyx who I don’t have the time for. If you are aware of Nile monitors. You will know it is quite hard to tame. I have him semi tamed. Although he is skittish. Once he is held he is fine and doesn’t bite or whip you. Although if you go in with no gloves he will look like he is trying to bite but will whip. he is trained to be held with gloves and sleeves. No idea why he is like that but that’s how it is. He will be almost a year old. Asking for $350 for him and his enclosure. I will include his frozen mice as well. The food should last him about a month and a half or more. I will also let you know where I get the feed online for a good stockpile if you want a steady supply. He needs a bigger enclosure and I just don’t have the time for building him one due to work. I hate to see him go but he needs a more loving family. I can sell him alone for $250 including the mice if you don’t want the enclosure but you will have to provide photos that he will have an enclosure to go to. His enclosure comes with a 20 gallon tank with filter. A swamp light and heat lamp.
