BROCKTON, MA — Brockton Mayor Robert Sullivan will deliver his inaugural State of the City address on Thursday, January 28 at 7:30 p.m. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the event will be held virtually. The public will be able to watch the address live on Brockton Community Access or on The City of Brockton's Facebook page. A video of the speech will also remain posted on Brockton Community Access' YouTube channel for those who are unable to attend in real time. Sullivan's address will discuss Brockton's accomplishments in 2020 and his vision for the city in 2021.
