Loeb House is a private not-for-profit agency that provides transitional housing with the goal of re-integrating clients back into the community. We service adults who live with chronic mental illness and/or addiction. We are seeking Residence Counselors to join our team -per diem and the following shifts: Full Time 40 hours - – Overnight (New City, NY) Tuesday – Saturday 11 PM- 7 AM Part-time 22 hours (Pomona) Saturday 8 AM - 2 PM Sunday 12 PM – 8 PM Monday 3 PM – 11 PM Part-time 26 hours (Wesley Hills, NY) Sunday and Monday 3 PM – 11 PM Tuesday and Wednesday 6 PM – 11 PM Part-time 16 hours – Overnight Sunday and Monday 11PM – 7 AM Responsibilities: Responsible for the supervision of community residence Responsible for the safety of consumers, cleanliness of residence Provide and document weekly restorative services Implement and review treatment plans Collaborate with treatment providers and placement agencies Conduct medication counts Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred Excellent written and verbal communications skills Previous experience in mental health/ behavioral health or other related fields preferred Ability to build rapport with clients Benefits: Full and part time benefits include Agency sponsored medical, dental, vision 403(b), life insurance and paid time off.
