Inside Sales This position will be responsible for direct sales with our customers, both on the phone and in person, seeing the process through completion. In addition to the sales duties, Hardware Store, Merchandising and some administrative tasks will be required. Responsibilities Greeting customers and exhibiting excellent customer serviceTaking orders and processing them through POS systemFiling and prioritizing orders for pick-ups and deliveriesProcessing payment and maintaining accurate cash totalsMinimum 1 year experience with direct customer interaction/salesExcellent communication skills as this position will require working with multiple departments.Prior Hardware/Lumber experience is preferred by not required.
