Lovable PET bunny in need of new home!

Due to a recent tragedy in our family, we have to relocate and are in need of a new home for our wonderful holland lop rabbit. She is a 2 year old, multi-colored fuzzy lop who absolutely craves attention and pets. Overall she is a wonderful rabbit and will need a home with someone who seriously intends to give her the proper care and attention she needs. She will come with some pellets, bowls, baggie of hay, brush, litter pan, blanket, chew toys and a large pen for exercise/enclosure. She will not come with a cage but the exercise pens can be used for a rather large enclosure for her, as we had. Rabbits can live up from 8-11 years!! We prefer if you have past experience with a bunny as a pet or currently have one. If you are unfamiliar with them, please research proper rabbit care before trying to contact me! They are not as easy as most people think. She will need unlimited hay, fresh food and water daily, chew toys available, leafy greens and snacks, to be brushed at a weekly minimum basis, nail trims monthly and to have her enclosure cleaned frequently. Please don't try to adopt a rabbit if you have any young children unless you will be the main caretaker and supervise any interaction between them! Rabbits are prey animals, they should not be picked up unless absolutely available and need to be picked up a certain way. I'm looking for a small rehoming fee of $20 for her and everything just to ensure you are serious and not just looking for a free bunny.
