Call to Artists: Art On The Avenue in Fountain Hills kicks off its 11th season, and you are invited to apply. The 2021 event is held each WEDNESDAY from 10-4 p.m. on the East median of the Avenue of the Fountains. The park-like setting is adjacent to the Town’s famous 560 ft. Fountain, which is the area’s biggest tourist attraction for locals and seasonal visitors. The location provides easy access to load/unload for artists, and good parking for customers on the Avenue of the Fountains. Fees for Fountain Hills residents are $20 per week per 10x10 space; non-Fountain Hills Artist fee is $30 per week. Artist must pay for full month in advance to reserve the same location each week and to receive the low rate. Week to week fee is $5.00 more per week. Artist may use any color market umbrellas, or ez up, draped tables or professional displays. Artists will need a Town of Fountain Hills business license, (www.fh.az.gov) and State of AZ sales permit. To balance the composition of the show and create a consumer friendly variety, show producers reserve the right to limit the types of art work offered for sale. All participants must have access to e-mail communication, as weather alerts, updates and other information will be sent via e-mail.
