DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE Ivan Roldan 18, of the 2700 block of Lauretta Place, Highland Park, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding (88MPH in a 55MPH zone), driving while license suspended, and was arrested Jan. 16 at Routes 41 and 22, Highland Park.
