PHILADELPHIA — Pennsylvania State Police said a 1-year-old girl who was reportedly abducted in Philadelphia Tuesday has been found. According to state police, Nova White was reportedly abducted by a 32-year-old man. Police issued an Amber Alert Tuesday afternoon regarding Nova.
