I'm a senior of music composition at Western offering to give a variety of lessons- probably online for now, but we can talk about it. I can teach music theory, ear skills, guitar technique, and reading. I can teach you to play a mean ukulele if that's your thing. I would be happy to help vocalists and players of all instruments to understand music and build their ears, but I won't be able to help much with technique. I can also talk about lots of music technology, including synthesizers. I have open-minded ideas about learning music and mainly want to help people learn skills that will get them where they want to be. I imagine $20 an hour (or $10/half hour) would be fair.
