AURORA, IL — Two months after joining the world's largest meal-kit company in a quarter-billion-dollar deal, Factor75 is set to open a new food preparation and delivery facility Thursday in Aurora. Factor75, a Batavia-based company that specializes in prepared meals for people focused on health and wellness, was purchased by HelloFresh in November in a deal that could be worth $277 million dollars. Indian Trail, with the company opening the remodeled facility's doors for the first time Thursday, city officials said.
