AURORA, IL — Two months after joining the world's largest meal-kit company in a quarter-billion-dollar deal, Factor75 is set to open a new food preparation and delivery facility Thursday in Aurora. Factor75, a Batavia-based company that specializes in prepared meals for people focused on health and wellness, was purchased by HelloFresh in November in a deal that could be worth $277 million dollars. Indian Trail, with the company opening the remodeled facility's doors for the first time Thursday, city officials said. The company has said its new Aurora facility will allow it to produce more than $500 million worth of prepared meals each year. Aurora Moves Back To Tier 2 Coronavirus Restrictions HelloFresh's revenues between July and September were more than double its revenues during the same period in 2019, with demand for prepared meal kits soaring amid the coronavirus pandemic, according to a report by the Financial Times.
