Looking for free small puppy

I’m in search of a small puppy, something that will stay small because landlord is strict of nothing over 20 lb and I have a 5 year old which the puppy is for so I’d like something that would still tiny like a chihuahua mix or something of that sort. As a single mom I can’t afford a large home g fee. But I am willing to pay a small amount preferably under $50 since I will also still need to go buy all kinds of stuff for the puppy and pay a fee to my landlord for having a pet but my daughter has been begging me for one.
