Grog Shop Releases Larry Nance-Inspired T-Shirt

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, OH — Larry Nance Jr. walked into the first game of the Cleveland Cavaliers season wearing a Grog Shop T-shirt. Nance had previously announced he would wear gear from Cleveland-area businesses and institutions to help raise awareness during the COVID-19 pandemic and financial crisis. He also began auctioning off the gear and donating the proceeds to businesses. The Grog Shop was the first group to be worn by Nance. His efforts raised nearly $8,000 for the concert hall. To pay back the kindness, the Grog Shop is launching a new, limited-edition, long sleeve T-shirt in honor of Nance. A portion of the proceeds from the shirt's sales will be donated to the Heights Schools Foundation. The Foundation pools contributions from alumni and supporters to help meet educational and athletic needs. The Foundation's support is available to any Heights student, from pre-kindergarten to high school. "We'd like to again thank Larry Nance Jr, The Cleveland Cavaliers and those who participated in the auction. Thank you for all your support," the Grog Shop said in an emailed statement.
