New project, Second Project Band. Looking for musicians looking for a new project, gigging and non gigging musicians welcome. May just be a jam band or a networking opportunity or preferably form a gigging band. Idea is to jam/rehearse Friday’s in Brentwood at nice rehearsal space with drums and PA. Hopefully if we get enough response we can have alternative musicians when some are gigging(if the gigs ever come back). Plan is to play danceable music, stuff that would go over well at NH venues. Trying to keep an open mind about Genre, Age, etc, as this could lead to multiple projects, or just some networking. Some song ideas in pics. My personal goal is to find better opportunities to play out for larger crowds. The more people I know, the more experience I get, the better. Building a good lasting band is very difficult, so if the right pieces come together I’ll try to run with it. Idea for Friday’s would be to put together 4-6 gigging and non gigging musicians each week. Since some members will be gigging and some won’t, the goal would be to rotate different musicians in in some spots each week. If something clicks the rehearsal space is available during the week for a dedicated band project. Idea is to have some fun, learn some new songs, meet some new people.
