A celebration of Bonini Balsamic -- join Chef Francesco as he takes you through a curated menu featuring one of Italy's finest traditions! Join us for a Balsamic Evening featuring Bonini Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena! Award-winning Chef Francesco will be taking us through a specially curated menu showcasing all the different applications for this traditional ingredient that runs through the hearts of Italians everwhere. Sunday, January 24th 12pm-3pm Cooking Class w/ wine pairing $100/ person + 20% gratuity All skill levels accepted. Come hungry. Menu Burrata with a Scarf :: Burrata cheese filled with Gustoso Balsamic (8 years aged) surrounded with sun-dried tomatoes & pesto Carpaccio Che Gusto :: Beef carpaccio tiny sliced w/ fresh arugula & parmigiano flakes under a rain of Gustoso Balsamic (8 years aged) Drunk Risotto :: Risotto lambruso & parmesan w/ Affinato Balsamic (12 years aged) Dipping Lambs :: Lambs lollipop breaded w/ mashed potatoes & micro vegetables ready to be dipped in Stravecchio Balsamic (25 years aged) The Old & The Young :: Mini cones with vanilla, strawberry & banana gelato paired with Riserva Balsamic (50 years aged) COVID UPDATE: As we are excited about re-introducing our cooking classes to the community, extra precautions will be taken to make sure everyone remains safe. Temperature checks will be required of all participants, masks are required and any participant handling food will be required to wear gloves.
