Art Therapy

Art can be used to help explore emotions, develop self-awareness, cope with stress, boost self esteem and work on social skills. Included as part of the workshop, Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach Missy Propper will provide ideas for introducing creativity and expression through foods and nutrition.
