This is a low impact chair based exercise class. Social distancing, mask wearing, and temperature check are mandatory, no exceptions.
Participants encouraged to develop flexibility and muscle strength. Each class will begin and end with gentle stretching exercises. Most of the exercises will be done while sitting, some exercises will be done in the standing or upright position using the back of the chair to maintain safe balance. Participants will need comfortable non-skid shoes.
This class is fine for senior participation, but all ages are welcome.
