Get outside and move! Fitness class designed for strength and endurance with classic yoga stretches in between to rest. Breathwork included Join us at the park for polar bear power yoga. Nothing beats the winter blues than moving outdoors! A reminder you are not a house cat, your body was designed to move! This will be a power yoga fitness class. We will focus on building heat using body weight, strength, endurance and cardio exercises with classic yoga stretches in between to rest. A mobility warm up to start and breath work including Wim Hoff and Kapalbhati (fire breath) will leave you feeling energized with endorphins. We will practice nasal breathing throughout. Class is 1 hr, plan to arrive 10 minutes early. Bring water and dress in layers. No mat required. No experience needed to participate, there will be plenty of variations offered based on your fitness/mobility level. Always listen to your body! As an accessible yoga ambassador I believe yoga should be accessible to all regardless of ability or income. This class is offered on a sliding scale with no one turned away due to inability to pay - just show up! I can’t wait to share the practice with you!
