Looking for a job/shelter for my brother in Moore

My brother is in Moore Ok. He was in a rehab in California and after he was rehabilitated he was sent back to Ok. He doesnt' have clothes, a job or a place to stay. I live in Georgia so I cant help much but the little money I can send him to get some food. I dont know what the area is like but is there any live in farm jobs or anything like anyone needs? He has experience in that, restaurant stuff and a ton of welding (underwater too) Please let me know if you can think of anything. Its cold and I cant stand him being outside. Thank you and God bless
