Mnarts.org has a few studios left for rent in our Minneapolis location right outside the north loop. Sizes are between 350sq ft and 900sq ft with prices ranging from $500 - $1400/month (utilities included.) All have windows and a few have running water in the space. The building will be home to many great artist we are looking to add to the community. An ideal candidate is an artist or maker who would like a place to create and sell from because we hope to have many popup events to help drive traffic through the building.
