I'm looking for landlords with tenant problems and some advice how to solve them. We have a two-family house and our tenant stopped paying 7 months ago. He is a healthy young man who doesn't work and is taking advantage of the pandemic situation. He doesn't to pay saying just "if you want to get rid of me take me to court." I'm pretty sure I am not the only one in New Jersey with the same kind of problem. Is there any group or organization that can give me some advice on how legally to get rid of this kind of parasite? I will appreciate any kind of advice
