WESTPORT, CT — Westport-based Newman's Own Foundation recently leased one of its properties, 1111 Post Road East, to Connecticut Community Bank, announced Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate LLC which handled the deal. The building, which measures 4,147 square feet, is located on the corner of the Post Road East and Morningside Drive and formerly held a TD Bank. Connecticut Community Bank is moving its Westport branch, currently located at 1495 Post Road East, to the new location. Penny Wickey and Daniel Neaton represented Newman's Own Foundation, and Belinda Scanlon of the Bernard Realty Group represented the tenant. Connecticut Community Bank, based in Norwalk, is a full-service community bank and mortgage provider serving customers in the state. It was founded in 1998.
