ARLINGTON, MA — A Japanese grocery store and deli opened over the weekend in Arlington Heights. Maruichi Japanese Food & Deli moved into the former Mass. Ave. location of Prime, Your Trusted Butcher, which closed last January after a little over five years. Maruichi has locations in Connecticut, New York and Brookline. The store sells items such as Japanese meats, bento boxes, ramen, sushi, bubble tea and more. Maruichi is located at 1398 Massachusetts Ave. It officially opened Sunday after a brief delay at the start of the month.
