BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Injuries resulted from a fire in Middle River Wednesday morning, according to officials. Firefighters were called at 5:27 a.m. to a residence in the 2100 block of Cockspur Road, the Baltimore County Fire Department reported. Smoke was showing when crews arrived. One person died in the fire and at least one other person was injured, WBAL reported. Before 6:15 a.m., officials said a spokesperson from the fire department was en route to the scene.
