MANCHESTER, CT — A retail building has been proposed to fill a vacant space on Spencer Street in Manchester. Manchester officials said last week that an application has been submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a "re-subdivision" at the 120 Spencer St. parcel. An erosion and sedimentation control plan was included, officials said. The building would measure 9,100 square feet, an architectural drawing indicates. The parking lot would feature 37 spaces, according to the plans. No regulatory review timetable has been announced. The parcel sits close to the Spencer Street retail district and Manchester Community College.
