HOWARD COUNTY, MD — As of Tuesday, Howard County has a total of 13,577 positive new coronavirus cases, according to the Howard County Health Department, and 202 deaths. The state has 330,186 confirmed cases and 6,476 deaths total, reports the Maryland Department of Health. More than 30,157 people have been hospitalized to date.
