Just Between Friends Bell County Consignor Waiver ***NEW Safety Protocols HERE*** Due to COVID-19 we are going paperless! We've gone paperless with our consignor waivers to limit contact times and to help to continue to streamline the process! :) Please read through ALL details of this event and waiver before registering. You can print off the registration page or simply show the waiver on your smart phone. ***CONSIGNOR DROP OFF TIMES FOR Spring 2021*** Wednesday, March 24 | 8am - 8pm Thursday, March 25| 8am - 11am Second Drop off: Friday, March 26| 6pm - 7pm CONSIGNOR PICKUP TIME Sunday, March 28 6:30pm-7pm No appointment necessary. Find more items to consign after the sale starts? You can bring them to this mid-sale drop off and still make the sale! (Please no clothes or shoes during this time.) FYI: Consignors earn 60% of the gross sales less a $12.00 Consignor Fee taken out of their check for participation in the JBF Bell County Sale. Please make sure your email is correct in your JBF account and matches the email that you use on this digital waiver. Please use an email you check often because we will be using Deluxe eChecks to email checks to consignors. This will create more security in our payment system and get checks out to consignors quicker. Consignors may incur additional fees if any battery-operated items they are consigning require a battery replacement during the event in order to show that the item is in working order. Quality: In order to keep our quality high and be sure consignors are doing their job to only bring their BEST, JBF reserves the right to pull items that are not fit for our sale. Please note that after 5 items are pulled that are: dirty/ torn/ stained, recalled, not JBF appropriate, broken/ missing pieces, or have rust/ water damage, the consignor will be charged .25 per pulled item. This means you get 5 ‘free’ items that get pulled before the fee applies. To avoid this fee, check your items ahead of time and only bring your best because that is what our shoppers deserve. Please also ensure your items have working batteries; items found without working batteries will be charged $1 per battery. Have questions?
