DUNDALK, MD — A 48-year-old woman from Dundalk was crossing North Point Boulevard Saturday when she was struck and killed by a 2007 Kia Forte. According to the Baltimore County Police Department, shortly after 7 p.m. on Jan. 16, the driver of the Kia Forte was traveling southbound on North Point Boulevard approaching Old Battle Grove Road with a green traffic light. The driver of the Kia struck the pedestrian and remained at the scene. The pedestrian, identified as Andrea Rachele Yarish, of the 8100 block of Plaza Drive, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Kia was uninjured. The Baltimore County crash team continues to investigate the incident.
