Black cat found

Description

Male orange eyed black cat with white on his chest. I've had him for a month and I can't keep him much longer and I don't want to take him to the shelter. He's not microchipped. He seems to have some sort of handicapp about him that stands out in his eyes, chin and hips. He's adjusting here well but he's missing home.
