Join us at Pies By Gigi and listen to the very talented Ken Harrell, Tonja Rose, and Devon O'Day. ⭐️Ken Harrell⭐️ Ken Harrell traveled to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue his dreams of being an artist and songwriter. After signing a deal with EMI Music and being produced by noted producer, Mark Bright (Carrie Underwood, Rascal Flatts, Blackhawk), Ken settled in as a staff writer at EMI and then with the legendary Nashville publishing house, Acuff-Rose/Sony Music. Garnering several major label recordings, Ken was also awarded a Gold record for the Stacie Orrico debut album “Genuine.” His song “Restore my Soul” has been played over a million times, worldwide… with dozens of YouTube and cover versions from across the Globe. Over the next decade, Ken was able to secure recordings by Sonya Isaacs, The Kinleys, Tami Cochran, 3 of Hearts, Brian McComas, George Ducas, and modern rock band, Fools for Rowan… along with dozens of independent recordings and songs being played on HGTV, MTV, The History Channel and more… on broadcast television. Ken also was able to place two songs in two major motion picture films. ⭐️Devon O’Day⭐️ Devon O'Day is a career broadcaster with a resume’ that includes The House Foundation with Gerry House, Mix92.9 Nashville, and nationally syndicated shows like Country Hitmakers, The Saturday Night House Party, and America’s #1s. As a songwriter, she has had songs recorded by Lee Ann Womack, Hank Williams, Jr, Pam Tillis, Neal McCoy, Trace Adkins, and a #1 for George Strait called “The Big One”, co-written with Gerry House. She is the narrator for over 20 audiobooks and her voice has been heard on every major network for national clients like Hilton Hotels, KFC, and Fellowship of Christians and Jews. Devon has been the host of national radio specials for Garth Brooks, the Dixie Chicks, Kenny Chesney, Bill Gaither, and hosted Tammy Wynette’s biography on the Lifetime network ⭐️Tonja Rose ⭐️ For Tonja writing is not just about the next big hit, it is much more personal than that. “I want my words to touch people’s hearts,” Tonja says, “I want my songs to have a positive effect on people and give them exactly what they need, exactly when they need it. It’s that kind of emotional connection with my audience that keeps me loving what I do!" Tonja celebrated an important milestone in her music career in 2008 when she signed her first publishing and recording deal with Identical Entertainment. Garnering Billboard charting success in country music, Tonja started to gain attention for her writing skills and had her first Top 20 hit with "Who I Am Ain't Who I Was" Recorded by Ivan Parker and co-written with Mark Narmore and Rob Harris.
