Four course dinner with wine or beer pairings featuring a performance by Stephanie Quayle. The Sunday dinner sold out so we have opened a second dinner the night before on SATURDAY FEB 13. Enjoy a Sweetheart Serenade by Stephanie Quayle, featuring Stephanie's new single "By Heart", over a delicious romantic dinner prepared by 1618 on location. Each attendee requires 1 ticket that includes a four course meal, wine or beer pairings, and gratuity. On-site luxurious accommodations are available. Please email [email protected] to inquire. *spirits will be available for purchase at a cash/credit bar MENU: course one: smoked salmon stuffed tomato, brie mousse, cucumber yogurt, capers, red onions course two: creamy seafood chowder, crispy leeks course three: summerfield farms pink peppercorn crusted flank steak, horseradish mash potatoes, blackened asparagus, demi-glace, tomato confit course four: chocolate brownie cheesecake, ganache, raspberry coulis All attendees will receive a welcome cocktail on arrival to enjoy with course one. For courses two through four, each attendee will select wine pairings or beer pairings during checkout. The beverages are picked by our expert team to be perfectly paired with the food. COVID-19 NOTICE:Guests are required to wear a mask at all times unless seated at their table. All staff will be wearing masks. Tables are spaced 6ft apart and capacity is limited. Guests will not be seated with guests they do not know. Guests attending as a group may be seated together. We can accommodate groups of up to 8.
