JOLIET, IL — The Joliet Police Department arrested a 30-year-old Joliet man Friday night on charges of possessing child pornography. Erick Velandia-Bohorquez, a resident of the 1300 block of John Street, remains in the Will County Jail unable to post his $250,000 bail, logs show. According to Joliet police, officers arrived at Velandia-Bohorquez's house on the city's west side around 8:35 p.m. after learning that Velandia-Bohorquez possessed explicit videos of a juvenile that he filmed her without her knowledge.
