Press release from Ramsey County: January 19, 2021 The Ramsey County Board of Commissioners has proclaimed Jan. 19 as National Day of Racial Healing in Ramsey County in conjunction with others throughout the United States. In its proclamation, the board of commissioners urged all communities in Ramsey County to promote racial healing and transformation in the ways that are best suited for them individually, as a means of working together to ensure the best quality of life for every community.
