ELMHURST, IL — An employee at Jewel-Osco, 153 E. Schiller St., discovered his car was stolen after working eight hours at the store Friday, according to a police report. The employee told police that he left his keys in his jacket, which was hanging on an employee coat rack, the report said. The employee, who apparently started work at 2 p.m., later returned to find the keys missing and his white BMW 325i gone at 10 p.m., police said. An investigation continues, police said.
