DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Bucks County Department of Health recorded violations at 19 bars and restaurants between Dec. 15, 2020 and Jan. 15, 2021. Here's what health inspectors found: Artistic Brick Oven Pizza, one violation: Sauce in hot hold unit was not at safe temperature Bocelli's, one violation: Prep unit not holding cold food at safe temperature Chamber's Bistro & Bar, one violation: Ice machine in basement has buildup Farmhouse Tavern, one violation: Floors under equipment, sinks and hood have buildup Franco's Pizzeria, two violations: No certified food safety manager on duty as required; deli meats and other ready to eat foods not being date marked as required La Dolce Vita Da Franco, two violations: Clean utensils are being stored with food contact surface up; junction between wall and the corner in kitchen is not sealed Lakeview at Pine Run, two violations: Deli meats and other ready to eat foods not being date marked as required; clean containers are being stacked while wet Maxwell's On Main, three violations: Mechanical dishwasher not sanitizing properly; food debris and grease buildup under equipment and at cookline walls and hood; dumpster area has broken equipment holding water and ground is unclean Omiza, 1 violation: Peelers, soda nozzles and microwave have buildup Papa John's Pizza, two violations: No certified food safety manager on duty as required; time is being used as a public health control for cream cheese Perkins Restaurant, two violations: No certified food safety manager on duty as required;; milk past sell by/use date in walk-in refrigerator Primo Hoagies, two violations: Food workers not wearing hair restraints as required; lid on chest freezer is in poor repair, hinge and gaskets are broken Quinoa Peruvian & Mexican Restaurant, two violations: No certified food safety manager on duty as required; floors, walls and hood have buildup Sakana Sushi, two violations: Chicken and garlic in prep area not being held at a safe temperature; to-go containers and good products are being stored on the floor The Mesquito Grille, two violations: To-go containers are being stored on the floor; walls and areas under equipment have buildup The Saddle Bar & Lounge, two violations: Refrigerator in bar area is not functioning properly; wall behind prep area must be smooth Two Ladies Bakery Service, one violation: Walls in restroom, corner of wall at three compartment sink and coving at stone wall must be refinished Week Day Cafe, one violation: Restrooms do not have paper towels or soap dispensers Wendy's, 1 violation: Employee observed not wearing a mask within six feet of other employees
