Join us for an outdoor barre class at Sparkman Wharf with Sam Heumann from HumanlyWell!
This class is a full-body, high-energy, barre-inspired workout! We combine strength training and pilates to target key muscle groups, so you leave class feeling stronger and more energized!
All levels welcome, no previous barre experience or props required.
All you need is a yoga mat, a water bottle, and good energy! If you're a barre-regular, feel free to bring your own light weights or ankle weights.
