Self-Knowledge: Establishing the right foundation. Module 1 of 10 in the Strategic Leadership Series. Success is excelling in professional life without destroying the personal one. In this module participants will dis­cover their unique personality and social traits, especially as senior officers and grown adults, becoming aware of their strengths and weakness in their current stage of life. They will also learn how their unique makeup and life experience become a lens through which they view their leadership roles, job responsibilities, interpersonal rela­ tionship, decision making, and office challenges. The participants will take a variety of self-discovery assessments including the Disc, EQ, and MBTI tests.
