Inspiring children in state of the art project based STEM programming! An essay is required for participation consideration. Welcome to our annual STEM Genius Black History STEM Festival! We're excited to continue our passion of inspiring children in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Let our momentum sweep you away in a wave of excitement with seven brand new programs added to our robust collection of STEM programming. Join us for this STEM Festival featuring programming for middle school and high school students. We will be safely meeting, while adhering to state and CDC Covid-19 guidelines, in our new location in the heart of the city on a beautiful 53 acre campus encompassing 10 offices and 40 engineering design studios! Featured Highlights: Admission to three STEM GeniusĀ® programs.Daily panel discussions on careers led by Amazon professionals.Requirement(s): A one page double-spaced essay on, "How Blacks in America have contributed to the STEM professions" must be submitted to [email protected] by February 5, 2021,11:59PM for participation consideration. Notifications of acceptance will be emailed no later than February 10, 2021.All participants must have access to transportation to and from from the venue.
