Kaya is missing and the gentleman lives in the new Lucera homes which we all know is right there smack dab in the middle of all of those foothills. She could've easily went down the hill or headed towards PIR~ she just had a litter of puppies and she was not wearing a collar nor is she microchipped. I need everybody to please be careful while you're driving in that area down estrella parkway!
