ISO Part-Time Nanny

Hello, I am looking for a part-time nanny for my daughter, care wouldn’t start until April or May but we could occasionally use a babysitter for a couple hours here and there for errands and such. She is 19 months now so by April/May she will be abound 22-23 months and care would last (hopefully) a long time :) Care would need to take place in our house as that’s where she’s most comfortable, we have a backyard that’s super fun and a pool for when she’s asleep :) She will be entering a Montessori school 2 days a week in June, and my work schedule is extremely flexible so it would not be full time hours and some weeks may be less than others.
