We provide a regular service based on just about any schedule, including weekly, bi-weekly, every four weeks (monthly), and sometimes every three or six weeks. We work with your schedule and your needs. What do we do? We wipe clean all surfaces in the home, including tables, countertops, appliances, chairs, dressers, sink basins and faucets. This also includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the floors in all rooms. We spend extra time in the bathroom, cleaning the bathtub, shower, mirrors and toilet. We dust light fixtures (depending on height location), picture frames and baseboards. Cleaning the kitchen includes wiping down appliances, counters, and sinks. And general tidying up of the rooms. In most cases, we provide our own cleaning products and equipment when cleaning your home. Some of our clients request that we use their cleaning supplies and equipment. Whether you chose our supplies, your own, or a little of both, we are willing to work with you and your homes needs. Prices vary depending on several different factors. Our prices are estimated on a square-foot basis. We will include whether it’s a one-time cleaning, or a recurring plan where you can expect a volume discount. Prices also vary depending on the extra levels of detail, such as organizing or touching up appliances. We offer many competitive prices!
