Pepper is a Black neutered male cat. White patches on chest and belly. He is slightly cross eyed. Wearing orange and grey reflective collar. Last seen at Kirby Loop Road near Rogers Road. He and his litter mates were rescued at 5 weeks old and have never been separated.
