The psoas, also known as the “muscle of the soul” is the deepest muscle in your muscular system. It plays the biggest role of all your muscles in balancing your body. It also helps with joint mobility, range of motion and supports good posture.
Stress can cause tension in your psoas leading to upper and lower back pain, digestive problems, painful menstruation and poor emotional health.
Join this workshop where we will focus on stretches that strengthen and increase flexibility in your psoas muscles leading to increased vitality and energy flow through your body. Immediately following the stretching session, I will provide an invigorating guided meditation focused on enhancing your energy and elevating your mindset.
