This kit features all the makings for (4) Bulgogi Burgers (korean style burgers) along with one 4-PK of "Surface Wave", our pale kellerbier (a light, crisp lager w/ notes of lemon & biscuit). Pre-order today and pick up on FRI 01/22 from 5-9:30PM at the brewery in Somerville (14 Tyler St). Only a limited amount of kits are available so act fast! Sales end THUR 01/21 at 11:30pm. Please bring ID to the brewery when picking up your kit. There will be some light prep work and cooking needed but don't worry, Perillas will provide you with all the instructions you need.
