This family friendly event will have dealers with rock specimens, jewelry, art and more to add to your collections & Children's activities This family friendly event will have dealers with rock specimens, jewelry, art and more to add to your collections. Hourly door prizes and a grand prize! DINOSAURS ROCK is a 40-minute interactive program for kids followed by a Fossil Dig. Each child digs for 3 specimens to take home including shark teeth! SCOUT GEOLOGY MERIT BADGES - To help get scouts started on their geology merit badges, Scout sessions are held both days at 1 and 3pm with an additional session at 5pm on Saturday. Admission is $7 for adults (good for both days of the show), $3 for students in grades 6-12, and children and scouts in uniform are Free. Open Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 10-5. Free parking. The Clear Lake Gem, Mineral and Jewelry Show is held in late February each year at the Pasadena Convention Center, 7902 Fairmont Parkway, Pasadena, Texas, southeast of the Houston Metro area, 2.5 miles east of Beltway 8.
