2 hours, 4 waves, 1 SUPER workout! Come join us for this FREE Circuit-Style workout that will burn major calories and be fun as all get-out! Come train with the owners of The Trainer's Gym: Mark, Ty & Erin, in this SUPER Saturday workout! Let's set the scene: We'll be sending out a "wave" of 20 people at a time "into the fray" of a gym-wide workout. The first wave will start warming up at 8:00am. As that wave finishes their warm-up just before 8:20am, they will move to a different area of the gym for a GLORIOUS Strength Circuit at the Squat Cages - using the cages, benches, TRXs, barbells, and more. At 8:40, they will move to the MAGNIFICENT Equipment Circuit on the Turf - using medballs, BOSUs, battle ropes, bands, and more. As we approach 9am, that group will get cooled down and be done! At each station, Mark, Ty or Erin will be there keeping you pumped up and coaching you through it. We'll be starting a new group every 20 minutes from 8am to 9am (4 groups total), running the whole thing until 10am. This means you'll have your choice of start time to do this 1-hour "course": 8am, or8:20am, or8:40am, or9amThis workout is for ANYONE! Regardless your fitness level, or experience in the gym. We will be there to coach you and safely guide you through everything. It's ALL go at your own pace - and this couldn't be a friendlier environment. We want everyone to have an amazing time - including having fun while they get their pump & sweat on! To get signed up, simply RSVP for 1 of the time slots - you'll notice there are only 20 spots per wave. This is to ensure enough space between participants and equipment stations! This event is open to anyone - so invite your family and friends. We will send a digital waiver as we get closer the the event. And again, this event is FREE! The cost of admission is to simply consider leaving an honest review of the Gym on Google and/or Facebook after you complete the workout! We'll send links to the Review sites to everyone afterwards to make it easy. We hope to see you there!
