On February 3, 2021 Dish will be having an Italian wine dinner with a wide variety of Italian wines and food.
Hello Wine Lovers,
Please help us make these wine dinners a success. Please be sure when signing up for the wine dinners that you truly have intent on coming. Please cancel at least 72 hours before the event if you have a conflict with attending.
**If you are sick, we appreciate you calling us and canceling no matter how close to the event we are.
Doors OPEN at 6:00 pm; if you plan to come by for a cocktail before the dinner, please do so between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Cost is $99 per person, plus tax and gratuity. If you have certain people you would like to sit with during the event (single reservations will be grouped together unless otherwise noted) or if you have any dietary requests, please email [email protected] with your requests.
THE MENU
1st Coarse: Citrus grilled octopus with smoked chili oil, segmented orange relish, salsa verde and basil.
2018 Ca'dei Zago Prosecco di Valdobbiadene
2nd Coarse: Thyme grilled crostini with roasted fennel jam, burrata, olive oil, sea salt, and fresh cracked pepper.
2018 Luzano Verdicchio
3rd Coarse: "Sunday Gravy" pork shank, pork belly, and Italian sausage red sauce with pappardelle, shaved parmesan, whole roasted garlic cloves, and spinach.
2018 Scarpetta Barbera
4th Coarse: Slow roasted filet mignon, smoked tomato chutney, shitake mushroom risotto, andthyme and red wine cream.
2019 Langhe Nebbiolo
5th Coarse: Hazelnut and cocoa panna cotta with raspberry reduction, crushed hazelnuts, and cocoa whip cream.
2018 Italo Cescon Merlot
