We are seeking a Construction Accounting Manager, reporting to the Controller, for our fast-paced client, located near Concord, NH. Responsible for oversight of the accounting department staff (accounts payable, accounts receivable, monitoring of cashflow, payroll, month and year end closing process, project job costing, AIA billings, work-in-progress reports, sales and use tax returns, financial reporting) including training and review of all accounting work; updates the company’s accounting procedures; maintains customer data in the ERP system. Must have outstanding communication, leadership, time management, analytical, MS Office, construction accounting software, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of five years related construction accounting and supervision experience. Competitive salary and benefits package. Local candidates only.
