Join Coach, Author, Naturalist Garrett McCoy in this community based hike, breath seminar, and fund raiser for Tampa Bay Waterkeeper. 9 am Participants will meet in front of the Shipwreck a lovely dive bar in N.Beach. Metered street parking is your best bet. We will start the hike with a warm up, connection question, information about Tampa Bay Water Keeper, and intentional breath work. We will then enjoy nature as we hike along the waters edge to "Shell tree", the beach huts, and Caladesi Island State Park. Once at the beach huts there will be a 30 min breath practice. From here we will allow participants some free time to explore before heading back as a group. $15 from each ticket will go directly to Tampa Bay Water Keeper https://www.tampabaywaterkeeper.org/about-us Tampa Bay Waterkeeper is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are a member of the Waterkeeper Alliance, a global network of over 300 grassroots leaders in six continents protecting everyone’s right to clean water. A clean and resilient watershed is essential to strong communities and a healthy economy. Serving our population of more than 2.7 million people across Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, Tampa Bay Waterkeeper works to defend, protect, and preserve Tampa Bay’s watershed through citizen engagement and community action rooted in sound science and research.
