5 Week Series starts on February 6th and continues for the following 4 weeks, from 10 AM to 1 PM. Course fees are for you and a birth companion and the course materials will be valuable no matter where or how you birth. Sliding scale and payment options available so please inquire for more information. HypnoBirthing® is as much as philosophy as it is a technique. It is a rewarding, relaxing, stress-free method of birthing that is based on the belief that all babies should come into the world in an atmosphere of gentility, calm and joy. Through a well-thought-out program of deep relaxation, self-hypnosis, special breathing techniques, visualization, affirmations, and education, HypnoBirthing® returns to a woman the art of birthing in a way that allows her to summon her natural birthing instincts and to birth her baby in safety and with ease. I've been teaching the HypnoBirthing childbirth education curriculum in Southern New Mexico since 2017. In that time I have helped many families prepare for a wide range of birth experiences in hospital and home birth settings. All birthing families can benefit from the knowledge and skills taught through this program for birth and beyond.
