Iso: Free or very cheap chihuahua

I'm disabled and home all the time. I would love to find a free or cheap chihuahua puppy needing a home. Male or female I'm not picky. I have more clothes for a girl but plenty for a boy. I have shots dewormer and toys as well. I was promised a puppy even saw the puppy but the person apparently sold it to several other people before vanishing with it so i can't afford a huge rehoming fee but can give the puppy a happy inside home with all the love in the world.
